Healthy Vegetable Noodle Soup

  • White Beehoon 200gram
  • Rice Wine
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt 
  • Sugar
  • Olive Oil (or any other oil you want)
  • White pepper
  • Tomato
  • Lady Finger


Step 1: Cut the tomato and lady fingers into thick slices (remove the tomato seeds if you want) 

Step 2: Prepare the bowl where you will put the noodles in, 
1 1/2 table spoon of rice wine – 1 table spoon of soy sauce – ¼ table spoon of salt and sugar1 Table spoon of the oil – 2 pinches of white pepper. 

Step 3: Put a pan on the stove and fill it ¾ of the pan with water and make it boil. 

Step 4: When the water is boiling take something to take out the water and fill the bowl to 50%

Step 5: Put the White Beehoon in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes, so that the noodles still have some crunch and it won’t be too soft.

3-4 minutes of boiling

Step 6: Take the noodles out and divide it in the bowls.
Step 7: Take the cut vegetables and put it in the bowling water for 3 minutes.

Step 8: Take the vegetables and divide it onto the bowls and enjoy.
